Wellness is the state of optimal well-being, not simply the absence of illness, but an improved quality of life resulting from enhanced physical, mental, and spiritual health. The Office of Student Programs provides programs and initiatives to assist students in living healthy lives. The newly developed Wellness Committee is comprised of student leaders and faculty members from a variety of areas aligning with the holistic wellness of students as its focus.For more information on Millikin's Wellness Committee, please become a fan of the Wellness Committee on Facebook.
