Phi Beta Lambda is Millikin University's largest Business Fraternity, with over 30 members. It is a national organization with over 500 chapters and 12,000 members, all dedicated to making you successful. At Millikin, our mission is to produce the most well rounded business leaders possible. Phi Beta Lambda's goal to give our members an advantage when it comes to building and pursuing their professional career.

We are looking forward to a successful Fall semester. This year will have a major focus on recruitment and member retention. Our theme this year, “You have the job, now what” supplements our members learning experiences from last semester.

This year we will feature speakers such as: Jerry Huttes from Country Insurance, Shirley Stelbrink from Learning Alliance Corporations, and William Bruenderman from Edward Jones. All of which will contribute to our theme for this semester.

Phi Beta Lambda is looking to increase its philanthropic and social presence on campus this semester. This semester’s events will include a competitive Food Drive and a visit to the Chicago Board of Trade.
