Millikin International Business Degree — Dual Degree Program with ESGCI

muThe Tabor School of Business International Business major is a 4-1/2 year program, in partnership with Paris-based ESGCI. The major requires four years of study at Millikin University, one semester at ESGCI, and an internship experience. This program results from an accord signed with ESGCI that outlays the understanding of courses, student experiences and the link between the Tabor School of Business and Ecole Superieure de Gestion et Commerce International (ESGCI), which is affiliated with Group EPG, one of the largest and well-known business schools in Paris.

 

Unique Partnership Degree Benefits

Combining the strengths of the Tabor School of Business with ESGCI’s program provides a strong and unique International Business degree and experience.

  • muEach student will have a strong background in a business functional area (e.g., Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, MIS, or Finance).
  • Each student will have an international experience.
  • Each student will develop their cultural awareness and adaptability through living and studying in Paris.
  • Each student will receive two degrees, one from Millikin University and one from ESGCI. Each student will have two Millikin University majors, one in a functional area (accounting, marketing, business management, MIS, or finance) and the other in International Business. Students will also receive a diploma from ESGCI with an International Relations Major.
  • Students are able to study abroad in either the Fall or Spring in Paris.

Steps to Get Involved in This Program:

  • Agree with Academic Advisor that this is the right plan of action for you.
  • Contact Karin Borei, Director of International Programs, to fill out appropriate paperwork.

    Application deadline for Fall term or academic year 07/08 is May 15th (for housing) and June 15th (for registration form).
    For the Spring 2008 term, application forms will be due October 15th (for housing) and November 15th (for registration).

  • Determine appropriate Degree Requirements with Academic Advisor(s) and Advisors from ESGCI.

Important Note:
Financial Aid from Millikin is not available for the Dual Degree Program for this time abroad, but financial aid from the Government and outside scholarships can still apply.
