B.A. Theatre
The Bachelor of Arts in Theatre is designed for the student who desires broad-base experience to all aspects of theatre and drama. You may choose to focus on:
You may also tailor you B.A. degree program to meet individual career and academic goals, including acquiring a second major in another area of interest. Students graduating with a B.A. degree often go on to careers in theatre dramaturgy, arts management and administration, directing, etc. Many B.A. students also choose to attend graduate schools to complete advanced degrees in theatre research or performance.
Students in the BA program can and are encouraged to participate in productions each semester. The work of each BA student will be reviewed on a yearly basis.
The BA requires 39 credits in the major.TH 131, Play Analysis
In addition, students must fulfill language requirements for the BA degree.
