DEVELOPING A DATABASE FOR ASSESSING SCHOOL OF EDUCATION STUDENTS

The goal of this project is to expand the capabilities of the School of Education's existing database used for compiling documentation that facilitates the assessment of each student's knowledge, skills, and dispositions for teaching. The project will add the capability to import information from external sources directly into the university's Banner data management system. This information was previously entered by hand; the project eliminates opportunities for data entry error and greatly reduces the time needed for data acquisition.
