ADVISING/RETENTION
Advising Task Force:
This task force is chaired by Linda Slagell, the Advising/Retention Coordinator and focuses on improving advising across the university. The task force includes one or more members from each of the university's four colleges.
Edge Task Force:
The Edge Task Force is also chaired by the Advising/Retention Coordinator, Linda Slagell. This task force is responsible for coordinating and monv for academically at-risk first-year students. Members are drawn from the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts.
Annual Reports summarize all Advising and Retention activities for each year of the grant.

ASSESSMENT
Assessment Steering Committee:
This committee is chaired by Randy Brooks, the Title III Assessment Coordinator. The Assessment Steering Committee (ASC) is responsible for carrying out the university-wide assessment plan and leading efforts within various parts of the university in their unit assessment self-study plans. The ASC includes members from all four colleges at Millikin University.
