Elizabeth Lahey, M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing.

Elizabeth is Department Chair, student advisor, and adjunct faculty for Organizational Leadership. She teaches a variety of courses including, Group and Team Dynamics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development through Human Resources, Project Management, and Capstone. She has degrees from Northwestern and U of I. She is retired from McDonald's Corporation, where she was responsible for leadership and organizational development, as well as IT project management. She has extensive online and hybrid course development experience.

 

Debbie Campbell, M.S. in Library Science.

Debbie teaches Self Leadership, as well as supporting research and writing efforts for many OL courses. She has degrees from Millikin and U of I. She is the Library Services Coordinator for CARLI: the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois.

 

Melinda Reuter, M.A. in Communication.

Melinda teaches Business and Professional Communication, a core OL course overseen by the Communications Department. She has degrees from RCC, EIU, and UIS. She is an instructor at Millikin and is active in several Decatur community organizations.

 

 

Nathan Buske, M.B.A. In Organizational Leadership with emphasis on Analytics. 

Nathan teaches Technology and Data Analysis for Organizational Decision-Making. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Benedictine University at Springfield. Nathan works for the Green Family of Automobile Stores in Springfield as the Internet Lead Manager.  Nathan was an adult student as an undergraduate and brings that perspective to the Organizational Leadership faculty.

 

 

Sterling Raskie, Ph.D. (in progress) in Personal Finance and Retirement Planning.

Sterling teaches Introduction to Finance and Budget in Organizations. He has degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire, Benedictine University at Springfield, and The American College In Pennsylvania, where he is also completing his doctoral work.  Sterling is an owner in the Blankenship, new Berlin, IL fee-only certified financial planning firm and he has recently joined the Benedictine faculty fulltime.

 

Bernard Moss, Ed.D. (in progress) in Higher Education and Adult Learning.

Bernie teaches Organizational Leadership which was the focus of his undergraduate degree and his career before his retirement from the U.S. Navy. He has (or will soon have) degrees from Olympic College, Chapman and Walden Universities. As a young retiree he plans to pursue a second career as an adjunct instructor.

 

 

Pamela Folger, M.A. in Human Services with emphasis on Career Counseling.

Pam teaches Leadership Ethics and a variety of OL electives including: Career Development, Effective Job Searches, Climbing the Corporate Ladder, and Women in the Workforce. She has degrees from EIU and UIS. She is the director of Millikin's Career Center.

 

Matthew Tucker, M.S. in Communication.

Matt teaches Communication and Conflict, a core OL course overseen by the Communications Department. He has degrees from EIU and ISU. He was a longtime instructor at Millikin who now works at Country Financial in Bloomington as a Training Developer.

 

Frank Houston, Ph.D. in Organization Development.

Frank teaches Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development. He has degrees from Benedictine University at Springfield. He is the Director of Graduate Programs for Benedictine University.

 

Candace Baker, M.S. in Communication.

Candace brings corporate experience teaching Organizational Creativity, Innovation, and High Performance. She has earned degrees from UIS and University of Missouri in Columbia. She has recently retired from a career in Millikin’s Student Success department. Candace does management consulting in her free time.

 

Máire Foxx, M.A. in History with emphasis on Gender Studies.

Máire teaches Leadership, Diversity, and Multiculturalism. She has degrees from Pittsburgh State University and Missouri Southern State College. She was the former PACE Student Services Coordinator, but currently works at UIS in the Admissions Department.

 

Janet Kirby, Ph.D. in Organization Development.

Jan teaches Organizational Development and Organizational Behavior. She has degrees from Drake and Benedictine Universities. She is a retired Illinois state employee and now serves as Associate Dean Graduate and Adult Programs for the Benedictine University at Springfield.

 

 

Margaret Lee, Ph.D., Organization and Management emphasis in Project Management.

Peggy teaches Project Management. She has degrees from ISU and Capella University. She retired from State Farm where she did Human Resource Project Management and Corporate Training. She now does project management consulting, education and training.
