This is a mashup of two books, and involved different varieties of chocolate covered bacon.

"Polio: An American Story" by Chemistry 482 (Chemistry Seminar Class)
Includes syringe-shaped cake, polio virus cookies, lollipop cookies, and Jell-O syringes.
