Elizabeth Lahey, M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior, Managment Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing. Elizabeth is faculty coordinator, student advisor, and adjunct faculty for Organizational Leadership. She teaches a variety of courses including, Organizational Behavior, Group and Team Dynamics, Organizational Development through Human Resources, Project Management, and Capstone. She has degrees from Northwestern and U of I. She is retired from McDonald's Corporation, where she was responsible for leadership and organizational development, as well as IT project management. She has extensive online and hybrid course development experience.
Carolyn Treadwell-Butler, ABD in Organizational Leadership. Carolyn teaches Organizational Leadership and Capstone. She has (or soon will have) degrees from UIS and Northcentral University. She is the director of Human Resources for Decatur Earthmover Credit Union.
Ruby Brase, M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting. Ruby teaches Introduction to Financial Systems in Organizations. She has degrees from Knox College, ISU, and Wash U. She is the Interim Vice President of Fiance & Business Affairs at Millikin.
Matthew Tucker, M.S. in Communication. Matt teaches Communication and Conflict, a coree OL course overseen by the Communications Department. He has degrees from EIU and ISU. He was a longtime instructor at Millikin who recently left to work in global learning and development for ADM.
Debbie Campbell, M.S. in Library Science. Debbie teaches Self Leadership, as well as supporting research and writing efforts for many OL courses. She has degrees from Millikin and U of I. She works for the University of Illinois.
Maire Foxx, M.A. in History. Maire teaches Leadership, Diversity, and Multiculturalism. She has degrees from Pittsburgh State University and Missouri Southern State College. She was the former PACE student services coordinator, but currently works at University of Illinois Springfield
Tiffany Yates, Ph.D. in Organization Development. Tiffany teaches Organizational Creativity, Innovation and High Performance. She has degrees from Ole Miss, WIU and Benedictine. She was an account representative for Cisco Systems and a sales consultant to Swank Motion Pictures, but has recently started her own organizational development consulting firm.
Latrina Denson, M.Ed. in Community Counseling. Latrina teaches Leadership, Diversity, and Multiculturalism. She has degrees from Northeast Louisiana University. She is the director of Millikin's Center for Multicultural Student Affairs.
Pam Folger, M.A. in Human Services with emphasis on Career Counseling. Pam teaches a variety of OL electives including: Career Development, Effective Job Searches, Climbing the Corporate Ladder, and Women in the Workforce. She has degrees from EIU and UIS. She is the director of Millikin's Career Center.
Jan Kirby, Ph.D. in Organization Development. Jan teaches Organizational Behavior and is preparing a Special Topics course on Change and Organization Development. She has degrees from Drake and Benedictine Universities. She is a retired Illinois state employee and has recently assumed responsibility as the Ph.D. program coordinator for the Benedictine campus at Springfield.
Melinda Reuter, M.A. in Communication. Melinda teaches Business and Professional Communication, a core OL course overseen by the Communications Department. She has degrees from RCC, EIU, and UIS. She is an instructor at Millikin and is active in several Decatur community organizations.
Andrew Wadsworth. Ph.D. in Education. Andrew teaches Technology and Data Analysis for Organizational Decision-Making. He has degrees from Harper, EIU and U of I, where until his retirement he was a research scientist at their National Center for Supercomputing Applications. He has extensive online and hybrid course development experience.
