Monday, Oct. 6

  • Homecoming Kick-Off
    -->  5 p.m., Miller Quad
    Join us for the Homecoming kickoff and BBQ. Student organizations will compete against one another in tug of war, egg races and many other events to see who the winner of the Milli-Cup will be. At 8 p.m., the Homecoming Court will be announced on Frank M. Lindsay Field, then watch fireworks to celebrate the start of Homecoming!

Tuesday, Oct. 7

  • Student Talent Show

    Millikin students, faculty and staff come together for this great tradition during Homecoming week. Join us as we feature Millikin’s finest in this talent show, with special EmCee, recording artist Jason LeVasseur.  Free admission.

  • Powder Puff Football Game

    Help us celebrate the football player in everyone during this great event! Powder puff football will bring the Millikin women to the field to compete in teams for the title of Powder Puff Champion. Free snacks and fun!

  • Neon Paint Dance Party

    The University Archives would like to know more about your time at Millikin. Visit the Archives to browse through old yearbooks, or bring a photo or two of your own for us to scan. Then, make a brief audio recording of you talking about your photos. A selection of photos and stories will be posted online so others can share in the fun.

    Open to all alums, current students, friends and family, especially student-run venture alums! Millikin's Art Entrepreneurship Program will feature the seven student-run ventures: Blue Connection Art Gallery, Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre, First Step Records, Carriage House Press, Bronzeman Books, Blue Satellite Press and Ignite Studios. A variety of latest works from Millikin alumni of these ventures will be on display. Complimentary food and drinks will be served. Questions?   • Alumni Awards Dinner and Athletic Hall of Fame Induction

    Recognizing 2014 Alumni Award recipients and Athletic Hall of Fame inductees. The 2004-05 Women’s Basketball team will also be recognized for their 10-year anniversary of winning the national championship. President White will be in attendance. All alumni and friends welcome.     Sierra Boggess ’04 returns to the Kirkland stage directly from her engagement as Christine Daaé in Broadway's "The Phantom of the Opera." Based on her critically acclaimed cabaret appearance at New York's 54 Below, this eclectic mix of theatre and pop songs has been adapted especially for the Kirkland audience.
