You can support the Center in a variety of ways, not just through cash donations. We believe that the arts can enrich the lives of individuals living in our area and create a more vibrant city to live, learn, and grow. Throughout the year, Kirkland requests volunteers to assist in greeting, ushering, tours, and more. We encourage you to add your name to our volunteer database by sending us your name and contact information. We will get in touch with you when we need your help!

Programming Advisory Committee:
The Kirkland Programming Advisory Committee (PAC) meets annually to advise on areas of planning and plays an important role in creating strong ties to the community. Kirkland is currently seeking young, professional individuals who have a passion for change and a desire to better their community to join the new PAC with focus on the three specific areas of Building Engagment (mainly through our KirkOut programming), Partnership Engagment (Strengthing, Engaging, and Creating new Partnerships), and Programming (developing from the prior two). If you enjoy social networking and building a stronger community, then please e-mail kfac@millikin.edu or call Jan Traughber at 217-424-3925.

For more detailed information on volunteer opportunities, please contact our Director, Jan Traughber, at 217-424-3925.
Lobby Entertainment:
Kirkland wants to showcase your talent in our lobby during our Series performances. E-mail kirkout@millikin.edu with your group or solo names, type of performance, and technical requirements and we will work with you on setting up a special showcase! Performance attendance ranges from 400 to 1,900 patrons, making our lobby entertainment the perfect opportunity for local performers to be seen and heard.
