Shelby is a Decatur native and a 2011 and 2025 alumna of Millikin University. She has a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master's in Business Administration. As Executive Director, she manages the staff and daily operations of the Office of Admission. She has been with Millikin for 14 years and greatly enjoys working at her alma mater. She currently resides in Decatur with her husband, two children, and dog.
