What is Performance Learning?
Performance Learning is one of Millikin's core learning philosophies, where students are offered a wide range of opportunities to test drive their skills in an environment outside of the classroom to real-world situations through internships, research, global opportunities and more.

Millikin’s Performance Learning model has shaped important parts of Oakley’s Millikin experience. As a Managing Partner for Millikin University Performance Consulting (MUPC), he led accounting operations and collaborated on client projects, including website development for local nonprofits and a new online portfolio platform supporting Millikin art students.

$3.2M HealthSciences Center
The state-of-the-art facility opened in Spring 2024 and features the Campbell Family Nursing Simulation Center, Health Assessment Lab, a collaborative graduate learning space and various office spaces.
