Incomplete Grades Policy
Faculty may submit an incomplete grade for student illness or for other factors beyond the student's control as determined by the instructor. Incomplete grades have no effect on grade point average.
Incomplete grades must be removed within the first eight weeks of the next semester following receipt of the grade. Otherwise, incomplete grades automatically become F grades. Requests for extension must be approved by the instructor prior to the end of the eighth week. The instructor must notify the Registrar's Office of any extension granted.
