Admission Requirements

Students interested in one of our MBA programs must complete the following steps in order to be considered for admission into the program.

    Application Materials

    1. Submit the online Application for Admission.
    2. Current Resume:
      • Include all professional and educational background along with any awards, honors, or distinctions.
    3. Statement of Purpose:
      • Submit a 1-2 page statement describing personal and professional goals.
      • This is also used as a writing sample for each applicant.
    4. References
      • A reference form will be sent to three individuals with direct knowledge of the applicant's education, professional background, and leadership abilities. Evening MBA program applicants should include a direct supervisor. Daytime MBA applicants should include a recent professor.
    5. Official Transcripts:
      • Applicants must request transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions from which they have obtained a degree.
      • Millikin alumni can order transcripts here.
      • GPA requirement: 3.0
      • GPAs between 2.5 - 3.0 may be admitted on a provisional basis at the discretion of the Program Director.
    6. Interview with MBA Program admin.
