Position Title: Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach Intern
Reports to: Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Director
Assistant Professor of English, tenure track, beginning August 1, 2016. Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition or related professional writing field. This position provides opportunity for leadership in the development and delivery of nationally-recognized First-Year Writing and Professional Writing Programs. Responsibilities include teaching (12 hours per semester) advanced writing and applied writing theory, as well as coordinating writing internships and developing undergraduate course offerings in the candidate's area of expertise.
The Millikin University Department of Theatre and Dance is accepting applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor in Voice/Acting to begin in August 2016. Millikin is a small, private, liberal arts institution of approximately 2000 students located in Decatur, Illinois. The nationally recognized Department of Theatre and Dance is a vibrant and highly visible component of the campus community serving 200 students in six degree programs including B.F.A.s in Acting, Musical Theatre, Design and Production, Stage Management, Theatre Administration and a B.A. in Theatre.

Adjunct Graduate Professor
The Tabor School of Business is seeking an Adjunct Graduate Professor to teach the marketing course in our Executive MBA program. The course is delivered one evening per week for ten consecutive weeks running from mid-April to the end of June. The class is composed of 20 motivated working professionals with an average of ten years work experience. A Ph.D. with In-field work experience would be a good fit for the program.
Millikin University’s School of Music invites applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Applied Guitar to begin August 2016. (Competitive salary).
Responsibilities include coordinating guitar area; teaching applied guitar, coaching guitar ensembles, other areas per qualifications; participating in recruitment, advising, and faculty governance. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated vision, and leadership are essential.
Millikin University and the School of Education seeks highly qualified adjunct instructors for a variety of subjects for the 2015-2016 academic year. We are interested in candidates whose areas of specialization include one or more of the following: elementary methods and instruction, secondary methods and instruction, general education, early childhood, special education of early childhood, special education, ESL/Bilingual education, and supervision of teacher candidates.
The Millikin University School of Nursing seeks three faculty members to teach in its CCNE-accredited baccalaureate and master’s programs as well as its DNP program (which will host its initial CCNE accreditation visit during the 2015 – 2016 academic year).
