Division of Enrollment (Athletics)
Position Title: Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach Intern
The Tabor School of Business is seeking an Adjunct Graduate Professor to teach the Strategic Management courses in our Executive and Fast-Track MBA programs. These courses are delivered one session per week for nine consecutive weeks. The Executive course runs from the end of January 2017 through the end of March 2017; the Fast-Track course runs from the end of May 2017 through the end of July 2017.
The Tabor School of Business is seeking an Adjunct Graduate Professor to teach the Marketing courses in our Executive and Fast-Track MBA programs. Millikin University seeks such a tenure-track faculty member in the Tabor School of Business to teach entrepreneurship beginning August 1, 2017. We are seeking a passionate, creative, innovative, collaborative teacher holding or nearing completion of an earned doctorate from an accredited institution who desires to be a distinctive leader in the field of entrepreneurship.
Millikin University's English Department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of English to teach Secondary English Language Arts courses in our nationally accredited, vibrant English Education program, beginning August 15, 2017. Teaching responsibilities (12 hours per semester) include
Methods in the teaching of English language arts
Methods of teaching literacy in the content areas
Supervision of student teaching
First-year writing courses
Millikin University seeks a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Art and Arts Technology. Specifically, areas of teaching and expertise include digital media, web design, graphic design, animation and motion graphics. Appointment will be in the Art Department within the College of Fine Arts, with occasional course work delivered through the English Department, Tabor School of Business, and/or the Communication department. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
Millikin University School of Music invites applications for a full time faculty or clinical faculty position in Music Business beginning August 2017. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Qualifications: Earned doctorate, MBA, or master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree considered, with knowledge of music business and relevant, demonstrated experience in the music industry.
Millikin University’s School of Music seeks a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Musicology/Ethnomusicology. Salary competitive. Position begins August 2017.

The initial appointment is expected to be at the rank of Assistant Professor, though appointment at a higher rank commensurate with experience is possible.
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Millikin University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Physics beginning August 2017. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in physics or a related field; ABD considered.
Millikin University’s Art Department seeks a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Art Therapy. Salary competitive. Position begins August 2017.

Millikin University invites applications for two part-time positions for Adjunct Professors beginning immediately. An M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry or closely related area is required. Responsibilities will include teaching first semester general chemistry lab courses and/or introductory organic and biochemistry lab courses. Applicants should be available for employment beginning in August 2016. The Chemistry Department is ACS-approved (www.millikin.edu/chemistry).
The Millikin University School of Nursing seeks three faculty members to teach in its CCNE-accredited baccalaureate and master’s programs as well as its DNP program (which will host its initial CCNE accreditation visit during the 2015 – 2016 academic year).
